Is there any way to make ppl in voice chat hear mechakeys too?

No, mechakeys doesn't have this feature, but there exists software that can feed a program's audio into your microphone output

From what I know, it's kinda complicated/unintuitive to set up, but you should be fine if you follow a tutorial
