Rebase from Silverblue skopeo 403

I am trying to rebase Silverblue on my surface to Bazzite Surface Gnome and I am getting a 403 from skopeo. I couldn't install from the USB as it would fail for some timeout on the deploy with a -1 error code.

ok its pulling the image with the fixed name. thx i wonder if its the same issue on the iso. my assumption its my network. just like my alienware attempt, it fails

Fixed on the site now, ty ISO config looks right so it was just the website
