Chore coat or chore jacket?
I would like to get a chore coat, either used or new. What brands would you guys recommend me to search for? (i'm in the US)
Any fabrics/colors considered staples?

You can find a lot of ebay or Etsy listings for either vintage or deadstock vintage French chore coats that may tickle your fancy based on the first item you've posted
I have one from Vetra that I really like. Blue twill is probably most traditional, but they make some really nice moleskine and linen herringbone too
I have a cream La Laboureur chore coat and its lovely
I have Le laboureur and A day’s march. They are both excellent.
