Payment is completed but didn’t receive Valorant Points
I paid Rs4000 on 18/02/2024 12:03PM IST through UPI transaction method.
I have sent tickets but there’s no reply. Can you help me on this issue. I also have payment proofs so kindly look into this issue of mine. Thankyou

But isn't this kinda unprofessional? If there are multiple tickets for issue with UPI payments, the option should be disabled again till a fix is implemented
to be fair, they have a warning that there are problems with that. so i guess buying vp is at your own risk. but either way - if you do run in a problem, the support should be able to help you
