Il be dropping 30+ kills on Jett and raze then il get one bad game then my confidence goes to 0 and I go 7/15 or smth. What should I do to stay consistent

Then I stick to support for the rest of the day which I dont like but I still frag on bc of the less pressure on my role

for me i usually play a round of swiftplay and gain confidence since nobody rlly plays srsly at swiftplay and u can easily top frag
