dif supp employees probably work in dif deparments. the ban complaint department might have less tickets and that's why they respond quicker there if that's the case

They'll address the ticket as soon as they can. I understand it can be frustrating but there's nothing to do except wait in line. In my experience, my tickets are usually answered within 3 business days
