My game crash while at the start of a comp game cause of Vanguard

I loaded into a comp match and after the first round my game crashes and it says I don't have vanguard installed when I do so I kept restarting my computer nothing worked, and after like an hour I had to uninstall vanguard and reinstall it. I also went to support and a bot said I got reported for negative in game behaviour when no one has mic and I didn't type in chat, plus I only got to play for 1 round because my game stopped working.
