How do i unblock someone? my friends brother blocked me and we cant find out how to unblock

and we are trying to friend request eachother and plays the sound that you’re adding someone but theres no text
and none of my friends can add him

where is user setting
is user settings in the launcher?

Maybe in riot client
For Valorant, there is no Blocked and Unblock list. You'll have to make a ticket with Valorant's support team
