Is there any way to improve indexing on Google with Cloudflare?

Follow all the normal recommendations as you would wish other hosts in regards to SEO and such.
If you're asking for Cloudflare specific stuff, if you've Pro or higher you have Automatic Signed Exchanged (SXGs) u nder Speed -> optimization -> Pro which can speed up your site and thus increase seo ranking.
Under Caching -> configuration you have Crawler hints as well which tell search engines to recrawl pages when content changes
