False banned in august
I was playing the game I logged out of my account and got off for the night. The next day I went back on and it said I was "suspended" I check my mail my email gotr changed some how? (I got hacked) and the cheater used cheats on my account I did make a ticket about this and showed ALOT of proof that someone else played on my account. I asked how to fix it they said they will conduct a investigation in the next 3 days never got a respond.

i needed to update my windows to get unhwid banned cause i logged in on the account and my pc got hwid banned bcause of that

u can only try your luck and send them tickets untill they get opened by actual staff reply to you
try to send through "questions about the game" and send tell there what is ur problem and they might help idk im kinda trying to get mine unbanned too
