FPS Lock
Although my pc specs is i5-12400F+RTX3060
The ingame fps always lock at the monitor's refresh rate 144hz. I tried all possible solutions that i know:
+ Vsycn off
+ FPS limit 500
+ Edit config file
+ Reinstall driver
But i still cannot unlock it. How to solve this?

check ur graphics control panel settings
& other software such as rtss scanline sync
ah yeah just did some more researches
Nvidia reflex will cap ur framerate
