@| Hello! Can you please enter your Bios. Go to Advanced\AMD fTPM configuration page and switch the "TPM Device Selection" option to "Firmware TPM"
Save and Exit and then you can check if TPM 2.0 is enabled and recognized by the OS by doing win + r tpm.msc
