ive tried a different browser, restarting pc, and resetting my cookies. Still dont work.

1. Clear your cookies in chrome and close chrome
2. Then, open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset
3. Go to your power options and click the "restart" button. Not the shutdown button
