This is an issue with assests loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SDD and place Valorant on it
Hard Drive Disk (HDD)
Solid State Drive (SSD)
Solid state drives (SSD) and hard disk drives (HDD) are data storage devices. SSDs store data in flash memory, while HDDs store data in magnetic disks. SSDs are a newer technology that uses silicon's physical and chemical properties to offer more storage volume, speed, and efficiency.
what if that does not work and my computer just sucks
You have an SDD already?
uh no
thats liek a 100 dollars
that i dont want to waste
is there a way
to like do soemthing to my pc
that is free
and maeks me load fawster
If you’ve used the computer for a while then defragmenting might help a little but outright fixing the issue might not be possible
ok how to defrgament
nvm ima just search it up
Following a video might be faster than reading what I type up yeah
It’s not a very difficult thing to do
it is 3% fragmented
wghat do i do now
So what you did is click analyze probably right?
yes
You could’ve skipped that step but basically you just click optimize and then don’t turn off the pc
Make sure your windows hdd is highlighted
Yeah just give it time and don’t turn off the computer
You may lose a bunch of files if you do that
Ok
How long
Will it take
That depends on the computer and hard drive’s speed
Typically a few minutes to an hour tho ig
It says 61% relocated
Ima hope I can play val
Without losing a few rounds
And getting banned
I have to use like 6 alts now
Sadly there is no magic fix for this type of stuff other than getting an SSD though
Turning off everything related to the disk, defragging it etc are just temporary fixes that may or may not help
Oh well
How many passes are there
I’m on 6 bruh
Like 7 or 8 I think
Ok
I’m on 10..
I mean it can go to any number realistically, I just guess 7/8 since it’s pretty average for 3% fragmentation
