Worker certificate stuck on initializing and random 500 errors on certificate page

I am trying to deploy a worker to a custom sub domain, this time it is taking oddly too long to create a certificate for me, I have deployed in the past and it is usually under 5 minutes before the certificate is ready. I am also getting H500 errors (randomly works) when I list the certificates.
