The i3 might have been fine, I am basically running it on one but yeah that RAM is not going to cut it.
Could always buy it and check, you can request a full refund on Steam within the 2 weeks of purchase or 2 hours of play time, whichever comes first.
Yea but dont expect for FPS to run over 110 in 256 lobby
