Ban issue

I'm new to valorant, have been playing for a couple days, got to lvl 20 today and was excited to play comp, but then this shows up, i haven't even played my first rank comp yet, how did i already get banned? This is only for comp, im able to play other game modes. Anyone knows what's up?
