Latency
After I created shards for bot, latency went from 8-10 to 200 and this happens sometimes

before sharding it was fine so idk if has something to do with that
I am using render standart version
bot using about 1.5 gb ram
this is most recent
but idk why sometimes its low and sometimes its high
do you think its about resources
I upgraded hosting env but still high latency
