CF returns 522 for domain (eroticxholidays.com) after stop of using pages

I deleted all custom domain settings, cname, I deleted even pages website - nothing helped.

I even deleted CF account and made new one, nothing works if you use CF proxying - it will return 522. My host is 100% normal due it serves different domains via CF.

I tested on several domains -

Even for subdomains of the domain CF (where the domain is bound to CF Pages) doesn't passthrough traffic from hosts and returning 522!
If you remove reference to pages - CF doesn't passthrough traffic from hosts, returning 522.
If you return reference to pages or create new pages - it getting back to work.
