Valorant not updating
It starts off fast, with like 100 MB/s, but after a while it slows down until it drops to 0.1 KB/s, and it becomes stuck at 23%.
Someone told me it's cause I use HDD, but valorant updated properly before, just not today after it crashed and I uninstalled valorant.
I tried restarting PC, deleting temp files, closing stuff ik in task manager, running riot as administrator, setting riot client priority to high, and everything else for like 3 hours now, still can't get valorant to work
Also, league updated just fine

And ik this is a very common issue, but even then I couldn't find a very clear solution to this
Okay so idk for sure how, but i fixed it
So it was stuck at 23% for like 20 minutes or so, couldn't pause update or anything
Solution
so i decided to just close riot in task manager
and when i reopened riot, it told me i needed to restart my PC
and when i did, i could open valorant normally
