perma ban / help

I got a double ban on valorant I got a ban for two weeks and right after that straight away without even playing the game I got a permanent ban for "use of third party software" which i never used and what is making it weirder if i used any, i would also recieve a hardware ban which i didnt. I am with the same apps that have been with me since I bought a computer, even deleted some. I applied in a ticket with all the proofs with pictures of the control panel with all the apps and all the information and Riot just closed my ticket without even answering! After that I opened another one, I contacted them by email, I contacted Riot twitter, I really don't know what to do anymore this is a user that I invested a lot of time in both money and ranks If there is someone who can help me in some way, maybe even someone who knows someone inside, contact me, it's really important to me if there is a dev reading this or anyone who can straight up help me ill appriciate it DM
