been facing that problem for like a week now
happened to me before like 4months ago but somehow got fixed on its own but now im facing the same issue again
@rencie @ Try clearing your cookies in the history tab of your browser
Alternatively if that doesn't work try doing this:
Open cmd as admin. Enter each command one by one. netsh int ip reset, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, ipconfig /flushdns, netsh winsock reset
