Please press win + r. Then, enter msinfo32. Then, send a photo of the app that opens
Also, why the hell is there two posts with the same photo??
You need to enable secure boot on your BIOS settings. Google how to do so on your motherboard's BIOS, or find the manual for your motherboard.
