Riot Games wont sign me in even with good internet and did all requirements

So just like what I said in the title, I did everything already, good internet, change the DNS server, set the riot games app into compatibility mode, run it with administrator, also did alot of things in the cmd like flush dns etc... but until now it still says I cant sign in
