Can't invite a 7th person

The attached image shows my current premier team, we have been trying to find a 7th but everyone we invite has a "rank disparity." We have tried inviting several silver players and even bronze, but somehow they are still too high in rank? It should work as long as they are lower ranked than our top 5 players, but it just isn't working. :/
