oh, could you try server browser?
i can join community servers but not official ones
when you try to join official servers from server browser, what does it show you?
i tried that and it was either very laggy
or just completely crashed my game once

where are you from?
could you check
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\CrashDumps folder and see if there's any files named like BattleBit.exe.12345.dmp?poland
first try to restart your router so your ip will change, if it won't help - try warp (install > enable > try to join an official server)
