Yes, there will be - Testnet will remain on Cadence version 0.42 until we upgrade it to Cadence 1.0, targetting end of Apr. We are proposing to have 2 testing networks for Cadence 1.0 (let’s call them here “Crescendo Stable TestNet” and “Crescendo Migration TestNet”).
