Quick opinion q: does this read as a cardigan or veer too close to being a noragi?
Don't wanna be that guy but also not sure if I'm just being overly paranoid about being that guy

Looks more chore coat adjacent to me with the pockets
Yeah, seems quite a soft knit / fleece material though so I'm thinking it's less stiff than a chore coat would be, Google lens results seem to say cardigan for similar UW ones
I like it, and I'm thinking the cardigan-esque buttons are saving it from noragi territory but just wanted to gauge opinions as well 😄
Looks like a cardigan to me
Cardigan to me. A noragi wouldn't traditionally have buttons
I wear a noragi from time to time, comfy
Definitely looks cardigan in this picture
I have the orange version of that from END
Happy to answer any qs
I mean I have this 1
Thanks all, assuaging my doubts a lot haha
Oh nice! How does it feel, do you generally wear it as like a knitwear layer or as more of a jacket? I guess I'm mostly thrown by Marrkt listing it as a jacket
Idk if I've ever seen a noragi with buttons?
All the ones I've seen have a tie closure
It's more of a medium wool nap. It's not fleece. The online pictures can mislead.
The unlined arms can be a tiny bit scratchy if wearing a t-shirt. Depends on your sensitivity.
Pockets are an OK size, if a bit small. You have one internal patch pocket breast pocket which can be helpful. Though I find it redundant personally.
Ribbed sleeve ends are good if layering.
I tend to layer with it. On top of a light jumper or sweatshirt
Visually the wool texture is nice
During winter I wore it a lot when WFH or when going for a short local walk
thanks Nay! Awesome info, sounds like a really nice piece. I think I might pull the trigger :)
I actually ended up finding a vintage MHL cardigan in wool / suede panelling with a similar cut, so I bought that instead 😅 Will post pics when it arrives!
