I’m 49 and still fluctuate in weight up to 30 pounds in either direction every few years. I’m 135 pounds right now. When I switch to vegan I jump up to 170 or so. That requires me to have a wardrobe in medium and large.
That's all valid, but benji didn't mention that being a factor for his own clothes so it doesn't need to be brought up
This is incredibly personal and your experience isn't going to translate to everyone. I'm nearly 40 and my weight has basically been static for 20 years.
