Recover Account
When submitting a ticket, I am trying my very best to fill everything out to the best of my knowledge. I was able to provide majority of the information needed in the ticket besides the username and email address. I am not sure what email I had used, and I do not know if it is my email for contact on my ticket, or the email address that may be the one I used. What should I put in this required box to fill out?
A couple of months ago, I lost my access to my facebook account, which is what I used to login to Valorant/Riot Games. I have tried to recover my facebook account through facebook, but I have been unsuccessful after a number of tries. I have a couple of key information missing from my ticket, and I cannot seem to find much support. I have spent a fair amount of money on this game, and I would hate to see it gone forever as I truly do enjoy playing Valorant.

I dont believe I know the email, because from what I remember a couple of months ago I used my phone number to login. Is this a major problem?

I have gotten to logging into the account to access it, but not only the password has been changed but as well as the email
this is not even a riot problem now. Would I still be able to access my account without providing this email?

ive tried many times to recover my FB account but I cant log back in because it is compromised. They changed the email and the password on me

no, because I would just take the "easy route" and login with facebook. I should know my username, but I never paid any attention to it because i just logged in with facebook

Nah, I thought the same but it makes me use 2 separate names depending on what I login with
I mean I can logon to the riot and Val client with my riot name buts that’s always been like that

I tried all the passwords that would make sense, and none of them worked. I cannot do the "forgot password?" option because I do not know the email address my account is linked with
