Secure Boot Verification Failure

I have tried so many things but still coming up with this error I have TPM 2.0 and secure boot enabled i have the latest bios factory reset my pc reinstalled everything and still the same issue please help anyone

updating bios solved for some people, have y’all tried disabling and then enabling the secure boot?
