Refresh rate and FPS cap not working correctly on steam deck OLED

Hi, I'm new to Bazzite and I need some help. I've been using it on my main PC for a while and I've had a good experience up until now, so I decided to install it on my Steam Deck OLED. I've been noticing a lot of issues with the framerate and frametime, mostly because I can't cap the fps like I used to on SteamOS. I.e. if I set the refresh rate to 60Hz most of the games cap at 45Fps, while if I set the slider to 40Hz the game just ignores it and goes up to 50 for both PC games and some emulators like yuzu. I also tried decoupling the slider, but after some testing I still get mixed results: Horizon Zero Dawn 45Hz@45FPS cap works just fine, same with RDR2 60Hz@30FPS cap. But for example Yuzu 60Hz@60FPS keeps getting stuck at 45 and if I set 90Hz it goes to 60FPS with extremely unstable frametimes, same with Wolfenstein the new order. Is there a way to fix it and have it working like native? Thanks!
