Some kind of overcoat/topcoat but you'll probably struggle to find something that long with breast pockets like that in real life, especially with a hood.
The breast pockets are closer to something you'll see on a field jacket/safari jacket.
some army parka / reproduction (repro) parka would be the nearest thing. probably some non-camo version in khaki.
