I got a 30 days ban, is there anything I can do to clear that account "history" or avoid a new ban?
I had a legit acc, did spoof once and my suspension was 30 days instead of 7 days. For that reason ,my next one is probs a perma ban, so what can I do to avoid it? I play legit ofc

you should never spoof on the account again. make a alt to trade Pokémon over that’s the only way to keep your account from perma

I got banned on Garchomp day, it was instantly a 30 day suspension but I was never banned before, which is weird
