Your hit was denied and oneframe kills
Recently i start frequently receive messages like "your hit was denied" on any server (mostly playing on EU with 71 ping) and i ALWAYS die in one frame even with exo helmet it look like i see person and die immediately from any weapon what should i do about it i have 550mb/s connection btw

One frame death is a known bug when the fix is coming is tbd and hit was denied is because the client lagged and the server didn't register your hit due to that intended to prevent awkward deaths server side
it's mainly iirc just issues client side/relating to desync
Whenever you one frame die try and check your ping and then ping of the person who killed you, most of the time there will be a large discrepancy. Especially on EU servers since a lot of NA play on there as well.
Hit denied to packet loss happens mostly for same reason, you shoot someone with 150+ ping 4 times but someone on your team has already shot them and killed them on their end of things so you are just shooting an afterimage of the person because your client hasn't updated them as dead yet. This will also happen if you/the server is being DDOSd
