Casual spring shoes
35yo working from home dad, looking to transition out of WFH shorts & sweatpants. Need to buy new shoes. Looking to buy a pair of sneakers and something more formal (jeans, not suit). Need color, shoe type and brand recommendations (up to $300 per pair)

For the second pair I was considering something like chukka or chelsea boots
Currently got a pair of brown jeans that looks like the image attached, probably going to buy another pair of jeas that are mid washed

I'm a recovering Ecco wearer. Don't do it!
For sneakers, try Adidas Stan Smiths or Converse Chuck 70s.
Definitely recommend white sneakers.
The Stan Smith Lux is leather, and about $150. A step up from the Converse would be Shoes Like Pottery, which are about $160

Any recommendations for sneaker cleaners? Im terrible at keeping them nice, and usually end up throwing them in the washer
