SSL protocol error on certain networks
Hey awesome cloudflare team and fans!
I have a static site, and it appears that some people are getting an ssl protocol error when they view it.
domain is https://ramedia.us/
I'm really unsure what the problem is. I've been sent the two images from site visitors below.
It appears to be an SSL protocol error. I noticed one of them was on the
www.
subdomain, and it seems like the other was not.
One of them told me they are using spectrum business, and still cannot access the site.
This site has a bulk redirect from www.ramedia.us
to https://ramedia.us
.
Some help here would be greatly appreciated. I really enjoy cloudflare and want to stay on it :cloudflare:

It looks like Spectrum's Security Shield blocked your site, according to https://www.spectrum.net/support/forms/verify_url_security
Spectrum.net
Sign in to your Spectrum account for the easiest way to view and pay your bill, watch TV, manage your account and more.
can submit an unblock request there
but yea I don't see anything misconfigured with the site itself, ssl is all fine and such, no dnssec issues. Sometimes those SSL errors just come from simple blocks like that
I see, awesome I'm gonna go ahead and submit an unclock request thanks for your time 🙏
