Are these Chelsea Boots quality ?
Never bought a pair, I want to try something new.

I think it's unlikely that €110 boots will be very high quality. These look a lot like Blundstones, which MFA generally seems to like, but are more expensive, $200-250 I think.
Meermin also has some decent options, and they have a store in Paris.

Yes, for decent quality leather footwear that's about the lowest price point
unless you shop secondhand or keep an eye out for sales.
