Getting Cloudflare "Verify you are human" on most websites

Hey, I've been getting those "Verifying you are human" pages on a lot of websites - even Cloudflare's own. On some websites, I'm completely blocked. Why does Cloudflare think I'm a bot?

I did a test here and got this:

You are not a verified bot and you are 88% human.

Are you using anything to proxy your connection such as apple private relay

As a last-ditch effort you could try using their Silk Privacy Pass client (chrome, firefox) which should slowly start building up your reputation as you solve the captchas but yeah very weird
