Update it loaded but is super laggy I have a i7 and a 1060

then restart ur pc

UPDATE I changed the drive to the same one on the other pc it now runs and opens pretty fast but I still can’t get more than 30 fps

then maybe u have 3.0, but colors isn't part of the usb standard so manufacturers may use different color than the majority like I said earlier

You were right my usb hub has 3.0 but the main ones are 2.0
that means it's running under usb 2.0

mainly the chip, and ur cable has to support 3.0 tho

change ur external disk connector/enclosure to one that supports usb 3.0 and newer
usb 2.0 isnt good enough for even a hdd
