Lost access to main account
Hey guys. It's been a long time since I've been on this game. Been into this game since the beta. Been wanting to kind of get back on here now. However, I've run into a huge issue with my main Riot account and hoping I can get some assistance here. I last had access to my main account (mikesterthaguyy#1365) last summer. During the Fall, I attempted to get back on here using the same email address I used to start the main account during the beta. When I got on here, it took me through the tutorial automatically, acting like it's a fresh new account. After I go through the tutorial, I get a new hashtag # (mikesterthaguyy#9550). When I go to the weapons screen, I see nothing but default skins. I don't see all of my skins that I had equipped. In the agents screen, I only have the original defaults unlocked. The extra ones including Reyna whom I main, Neon, Omen, Killjoy, Chamber, are all locked and I have to go through the damn process again to unlock them all. I have Xbox Game Pass so they're all supposed to be unlocked by default. So basically, I'm starting from scratch here. I have no idea what the hell happened to my main account. Riot's account recovery system is absolutely helpless. Riot Support's twitter/X account is not responding to me. Last response to someone else was last October. I don't know for sure if it has something to do with the username changes thing for League of Legends that they recently did. But at this point I'm losing all hope of getting my already bought skins and unlocked agents back. 😢 If anyone is able to help me out here, I would greatly appreciate it. I'll do anything to get my original main account back!
