my game continues to crash off of launch from steam

Before reading this you should know that I have read the FAQ doc and have done what it says to fix the issue that I am facing. Even though i have done that, my game still continues to crash off of launch from steam. I am not sure what to do now so any help would be apprecieated! Have a wonderful day!

uninstalling and reinstalling the game has worked! thank you so much for the help!
