VAN 1067

Hello guys i have a problem, every time i lauch game it showing van 1067 i tried everything even reinstalled my windows and i still have this problem (Win10)

1. Disconnect the LAN cable from your computer 2. Share the internet to your computer through your iPhone or Android cell phone (they must have data obviously). 3. Open the game 4. Yes They're clueless I mean, they were clueless and told me : Reinstall Windows I did, still not working So I reopen the ticket but I don't expect much from them
