Green dots and red lines/flickering on saved recorded file.

When i record with ShadowPlay/Geforce shortcut ALT+Z the game (Valorant) records easily, However When i open the Saved recorded game file (mp4) i see so many green and red lines, kinda disorted,flickring screen. but on the other hand the game runs smooth also i can record normal application without any issue. Please help it's bee 1 week, i haven't found any solution.

Solution:

It was a issue with the motherboard in my case, something was heating up that's y , also it may be the issue with your RAM, i replaced my Motherboard and since i never faced the issue again, Thanks...
