justhost email issues

Hi Cloudfare team I have a Justhost account and created an email address for my domain www.redmarketingfirm.com Email address is [email protected] Been having issues sending and receiving emails for months now. Contacted the support team of justhost and they reply back with the message in the pic attached in this message. I am wondering if this can be fixed because I use it for my business. Thanks
