Issue contacting support
Hi, I contacted support via twitter and it created a request on the support website, it’s been 3+ days and sent another message but still no answer, is there something I can do?

It may take a week in some cases to answer your ticket! If you don't get a response in your ticket within a week, reply to the active ticket and ask for an update on your issue. Here the support staff will view that you require an update on your ticket.
Sorry just to avoid any confusion, the request is on the valorant support website so the support staff here won’t be able to see that I need an update on my tickets
