guy who sold you the mainboard prob just got a new one because he was banned for cheating.
when an account is banned for cheating the mainboard will be locked for 4 months, to prevent making a new account and continue cheating

ohh, my motherboard was new and it’s been with me for years. but yesterday i have the same issue and they banned me for like 10 minutes
is there any reason behind this? afraid in the near future it’ll ban me more often
hwid ban can be ur mobo, mac address, ip address, and such
do you think i’ll be okay continuing playing? because just afraid future it’ll be permanent ban 💀
do a full restart for ur router, modem and pc

No point restarting. You either used cheets or have some sus program on ur PC for some other stuff that vanguard flags
but no idea what what program tho, which makes me wonder
idk I just sold my mainboard and buy a better mainboard which i used, then after I login I got this
btw I've contacted the pre-owner, he said no refund and then blocked me

it lasts 4 months. and no, i dont think so. you can open a ticket and ask there, maybe they can give you information about the exact duration
