can anyone here hear my complaint
I just came back from out of town and haven't logged into my account for almost 3 weeks
After I logged back in I found that my account had been permanently banned
I have sent several tickets, the answers are like copy paste
and accused me of using a third party program and also stated that my device was banned, but the device I used was not banned but only my account
what steps should I take?
I already feel depressed because of this
and I can swear that I have never used any device or software

Either way, your account will not be unbanned. Permanently suspended account are not going to be restored. It also isn´t helpful to spam the tickets on the same topic

i had almost the same issue, got my acc hacked and when recovered my acc it was banned for third-party software, idk what to do, i already explained what happened but they always sended me the same message

devs do not have ban or unban power, nor can we look at account info for privacy and security reasons.

it sounds like perhaps you had the same thing happen as the other guy - maybe your account got hacked and they played on it w/cheats, which got it perma banned.
If player support can't do it then who will?
or if you shared it w/a friend and then they did dumb stuff on it. one of the reasons well tell people never to share their accounts.

After all the money and hours i paid riot, i still think what i said was right. It doesnt matter if people stop playing (no matter if or how much they´ve already paid), as long as theres still a decently big playerbase. Also im just a little confused on how you think im a selfish person through that one sentence where i didnt even talk about me but just a big games company

Fr dude i got false banned as well lost evrything they just just say i was banned for using third party apps while the only 6 apps i have are riot client valorant gtav rockstar launcher razer synapse and razer cortex also i had formatted my pc 5 days ago
Yesterday i checked my valorant mail and i saw that another device was logged in and got valorant account login code neither google nor riot informed me about someone logging in
