Anyone used lazyapply? It won't parse ...
Anyone used lazyapply? It won't parse my resume when I try to upload it. I tried docx and pdf. no response yet from their support.

I use it. Didn’t have any issues with uploading resume with pdf. Try another resume upload I think you have 5 total

I use it too, I had some struggles with a few roles and just went in and typed in the fixes manually.

Weird. I did it from my PC yesterday and it was having issues. Today i did it wiht my Mac and it was fine.

If they can’t parse it there is probably an issue with your resume formatting. Keep working on it until the software reads it properly or the AI that HR uses won’t be able to handle it either.

Can also copy paste it into notepad and see how that parses, may give a clue to the problem

I'm just going with it had to be an OS issue. Cause I used chrome on both PC & Mac. No changes to resume.
