Routing issue

Hey! We have the problem, we only have European customers and have the problem that the site is often not accessible or has extremely long loading times because we are routed via American servers - is there a way that only European servers are used?

There's no way to force specific datacenters/locations. Do you know which networks your customers are using? i.e located in Germany, using DTAG?

Okay crap. Most customers use DTAG

There's been quite a few posts about DTAG before, I haven't followed it too much but my understanding is they everyone to pay for peering including Cloudflare and don't play nice. Do you know if it's just IPv6 or IPv4 as well?

Oh, I see. In that case it would be IPv4 and IPv6

I can confirm the issue. You can clearly see it in the MTR result: for me it's going over a congested link over NewYork, which adds about 90ms of latency. At peak times I can't even load a single page...
